Just when you think you know what you're doing...

I managed to add the image to my last blog post. But couldn't figure out how to write the blog... So here you go, Friends.

My latest creation is a hanging of wire-wrapped chakra tumbles. I've designed the center of each stone with the wire spiral representing the vortex that is each chakra.

For those who don't know, in Reiki (and other practices) the energy centers along the body are called chakras. Each chakra is a spinning vortex of energy and is best represented in 2-D as a spiral. I tried to capture this essence with the wire.

Here are my questions:

• Can you get the "vibe" of a spinning vortex from the spirals? (if not, what would you change?)

• Where do you see this unique piece incorporated in your environment? (It's kind of too big to be a rearview mirror hangar. Maybe alongside a bathroom mirror? Or vanity mirror? Just a hanging on the wall?)
